ABOUT ME

I got into design to make things matter & not just work.

I got into design because I wanted to do more than code. Rather than just building things, I wanted to make sure the right things got built, for the right people. I wanted to sit in the room where product decisions get made and actually advocate for the humans on the other end.

So I made the switch. And I haven't looked back.

My first UX design job taught me that my engineering background was my superpower. Understanding technical constraints, compliance requirements, and system architecture made me a better designer. Enterprise became exciting precisely because the stakes were real. Regulations exist. Business processes matter. And thousands of people depend on these tools every single day to get their work done.

That's when I fell in love with complexity. So I went deeper — pursuing my Master's at Pratt to formalise the critical thinking I'd been doing instinctively, and sharpen the craft that makes the difference between a design that looks good and one that actually holds up.

Critical thinking became my sharpest tool. So I went to Pratt to formalise it — and design got even more fun. Now at JetZero, I'm getting to build 0→1 experiences for a company I genuinely care about. I love airplanes. I love hard problems. I love when those two things are the same thing.
